Hotel reservations service for the LC'2009 conference

Deadline for hotel reservations and payment: July 15th 2009

Credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and bank transfer payments are accepted.

All payments made by bank transfers are to be in EUR and free of bank charges for the recipient. Incidental bank charges have to be paid by the client.

All payments made by credit card via internet are to be in BGN (Bulgarian LEVA).

After reserving and prepaying the hotel room/rooms a free of charge cancellation may be done up to June 30th 2009. The full refund of the amount paid will be made.

In case of cancellation between July 1st 2009 and July 15th 2009, a cancellation fee of 1 night room rate will be charged. After July 15th 2009 we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the prepaid nights room rate. No refunds can be made for no shows, late arrivals or early departures.

After you complete the online registration form you will be given a unique registration code. In case you wish to pay for your hotel reservation by bank transfer, please state your registration code along with your name in the bank transfer document. Bank transfers for hotel reservations should be made to the account below.
